Items purchased from the on-line shop will automatically calculate the correct shipping rate. This is based on size, weight and destination. The cost includes the physical packing materials as well as the cost levied by the courier.
All pieces will usually be shipped 7-14 days after purchase.
For all international orders of more than one item: Shipping is charged per item based on it’s size and weight, it does not automatically combine postage. Once I have calculated the shipping of the parcel size and weight for the multiple items, I refund the difference in shipping costs. No refund will be given if the shipping costs work out more than already charged.

Customs, Import and VAT Duties
Since leaving the EU in January 2021 customs/import/VAT duties may be applied to any orders made from the EU to businesses in the UK. Please check if these apply to you and how much they may be before purchasing any art. I have been notified that couriers are applying transport fee’s, please take this into consideration if you are making a purchase from inside the EU.
All other territories may also be liable for customs/import/VAT duties.
Any customs/import/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Hannah Collins Art has no control over these charges.
Returns and refunds
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. All Art work will need to be returned in the same condition they were sent in (unless damaged in transit to client), with all original packaging. The buyer will need to pay the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a piece of art has been damaged in transit photos of all packaging will be required. Photos of the damaged item/s will also be required.
If the Art works are over £100 in value it is advised that they be sent via a traceable courier or with adequate insurance cover.
All items will be fully inspected upon return and any refunds will be given back via the means payment was made. If any damage is found to the piece on it’s return, that hasn’t been caused in transit, then no refund will be given.
Art work will not be able to be exchanged or re-made due to each piece being unique.
Refunds are not applicable to sale items.
