Shipping & Customs, Import and VAT Duties
Free international shipping. As of March 2025 Hannah Collins Art will no longer be shipping artworks to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR). While I consider my works of art to be safe, the need to have a representative that resides in the EU is something that I cannot currently achieve as a small business.
All pieces will usually be shipped 7-10 days after purchase.
Tracking information will be provided once shipping has been arranged.
Any customs/import/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check if these apply to you and how much they may be before purchasing any art. These will be additional costs after purchase of the art, that will be charged once the artwork has entered the destination country. Hannah Collins Art has no control over these charges.

Payments and Payment Plans
We accept payments via stripe, PayPal, Google pay and Apple pay.
Payment plans through the website are available: Pay a 25% deposit to secure the item, then split the remaining balance over 3, 6 or 10 monthly payments. It’s not an automated process, but reminder emails are sent 3 days before payment is due. There are no extra charges from Hannah Collins Art for using this service.

Returns and refunds
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. All Art work will need to be returned in the same condition they were sent in (unless damaged in transit to client), with all original packaging. The buyer will need to pay the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a piece of art has been damaged in transit photos of all packaging will be required. Photos of the damaged item/s will also be required.
If the Art works are over £100 in value it is advised that they be sent via a traceable courier or with adequate insurance cover.
All items will be fully inspected upon return and any refunds will be given back via the means payment was made. If any damage is found to the piece on it’s return, that hasn’t been caused in transit, then no refund will be given.
Refunds are not applicable to sale items.
