Returns and refunds

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. All Art work will need to be returned in the same condition they were sent in (unless damaged in transit to client), with all original packaging. The buyer will need to pay the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If the Art works are over £100 in value it is advised that they be sent via a traceable courier or with adequate insurance cover.
All items will be fully inspected upon return and any refunds will be given back via the means payment was made. If any damage is found to the piece on it’s return, that hasn’t been caused in transit, then no refund will be given.

In the case of a piece of art being damaged in transit, photos of all packaging will be required. If the box arrives damaged it would be best to take pictures of the box before opening. Then photos of the damaged item/s will be required. Try and get as many as possible from different angles and lighting.

Art work will not be able to be exchanged or re-made due to each piece being unique.
